Our Story
One Chandler dental practice, two chapters.
Dr. Suneeta Annamareddy first put down roots in Chandler in 2007 at Ocotillo Family Dentistry. Nearly a decade later — in 2016 — she opened Natural Smiles Dentistry at 10450 E Riggs Rd, just south of the Chandler / Sun Lakes line, designed from the ground up for the calmer, technology-forward dentistry the practice is known for today. For most of the decade that followed, the two offices ran in parallel: Ocotillo for families on the north Chandler side, Natural Smiles for families closer to Sun Lakes, Ocotillo, and south Gilbert.
In 2026 we consolidated both locations into a single Chandler dental office on Riggs Rd. Every long-time Ocotillo patient kept the same doctor, the same hygienist where possible, and the same insurance paneling — what changed is the address, not the dentistry. Today Natural Smiles Dentistry is the home for both Chandler and Sun Lakes families across the East Valley.
We are a small, owner-operated Chandler dental practice. The same doctor who diagnoses your cavity is the doctor who places the filling. The same hands that take your impressions are the hands that deliver your crown. No rotating dentists. No corporate scripts. No pressure-to-book-today pitch.

Dr. Suneeta Annamareddy, DDS

Dr. Annamareddy is a general dentist with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign. She received her DDS from UCSF and has been practicing in Chandler since 2006 — 20+ years of clinical experience, delivered with advanced digital technology. She is certified in soft-tissue laser, implantology, and Invisalign, and was featured in America's Top Dentists in 2011, 2017, and 2022 for excellence in general and cosmetic dentistry. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association, she treats and educates both adults and kids with a warm, unhurried chair-side manner. Outside the office she enjoys reading, interior design, and time with her two boys.

Dr. Kapustina received her DDS from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in New York, then completed a General Practice Residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / Weill Cornell in Manhattan. Practicing since 2016, she strives to provide exceptional comprehensive care and patient education — building a custom treatment plan tailored to each patient's individual needs. She lives in Phoenix with her husband and daughter, and enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, and painting in her free time.
Dr. Alka Kaushik, DDS, MDS

Dr. Kaushik earned her DDS from the University of Minnesota and also holds a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontology — specialized training in the gums, bone, and tissues that support your teeth. She practiced general dentistry in India before advancing into periodontics, and now takes pride in offering high-quality, comprehensive, and compassionate dental care in a friendly, stress-free environment. She's made Gilbert her forever home, where she lives with her husband, a busy physician, and their two boys. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and hiking.

Most of our patients come from within a 15-minute drive: Chandler proper, Sun Lakes, Ocotillo, south Gilbert, and the Tempe/Ahwatukee corridor.
Chandler neighborhoods we serve: Ocotillo, Lyon's Gate, Pecos Ranch, Clemente Ranch, Layton Lakes, Cooper Commons, Fulton Ranch, downtown Chandler, and the Chandler Heights / Riggs Rd corridor.
Sun Lakes communities we serve: Sun Lakes Country Club, Oakwood, Cottonwood, Palo Verde, IronWood, and the surrounding 55+ retirement communities. We're a 5-minute drive from most Sun Lakes addresses — and several of our patients golf-cart over.
Nearby cities: south Gilbert (Power Ranch, Seville, Adora Trails), east Tempe, Ahwatukee, and the northern edge of Queen Creek. If you're driving Loop 202 or Loop 101 you're 10–20 minutes from our chair.

Which dental insurance plans do you accept?
We're in-network with every major Arizona PPO — Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, MetLife, United Concordia, Guardian, Principal, Humana, and others. The full list lives on our new patients page . If you don't see your plan, call us — we file out-of-network too, and our in-house dental plan covers uninsured families.
Do you see kids, or only adults?
We see every age — first-tooth babies, school-age kids, teens in Invisalign, working adults, and Sun Lakes seniors. Many of our families bring three generations to the same Saturday morning. For very young or anxious children we offer nitrous-oxide sedation and an unhurried, kid-friendly chair-side approach.
What should I expect on my first visit?
About 60 minutes total: digital X-rays (reviewed by AI + your dentist), a hygienist cleaning, and an exam with Dr. Annamareddy. If we find something that needs treatment, you'll see it on the screen, you'll get a written estimate with your insurance applied, and nothing gets scheduled until you're comfortable. No pressure-to-book-today pitch.

Where exactly is the Chandler office, and is there parking?
We're at 10450 E Riggs Rd, Suite 118, Chandler, AZ 85248 — at the south end of Chandler, 5 minutes north of the Sun Lakes communities. The plaza has a large surface lot, ADA-accessible parking near our suite entry, and a covered walkway. Many of our Sun Lakes patients golf-cart over. If you're driving from Loop 202, take the Riggs Rd exit and we're 2 minutes east.
